    We’ll be able to advise a preliminary budget to ensure this fits with you.

  • We’ll book dedicated time in the diary to spend with you so we can advise on the many different styles and designs of wooden flooring we can offer.

    This is your dedicated time to get down to business and take advantage of the full-size sample boards; you’ll be able to feel and see the quality for yourself.

  • Once you’ve chosen your dream floor, we must visit to ensure your home is ready for installation. We’ll also be able to finalise any of the finer details at this stage.

    We’ll be able to issue your fixed quotation for your approval.

  • Each day, we’ll send a message to you when we’re en route with a precise ETA. We’ll also keep you closely updated throughout the project.

  • Your flooring great so it pays dividends to look after it correctly.

    We’ll advise you on the do’s and don’ts and cleaning products at the end of the project.

    We’re always on hand for advice from right after completion to years down the line; we even offer maintenance plans to existing clients, which are very popular.
